2GIS is looking for a Project Manager for the Editorial Team who will help the team work more efficiently and faster, build processes, and ensure the control of project implementation.
The editorial team helps solve marketing and product tasks through content, and also develops its own projects within 2GIS.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of editorial projects: deadlines, statuses, and resources.
- Control task execution and bring projects to completion.
- Build and document processes within the editorial team.
- Interact with teams inside and outside the editorial team: find common ground, optimize joint processes, look for opportunities to reuse content.
- Maintain operational documentation, including team budget and contractor payments.
- Implement AI tools in editorial processes: select solutions, test them, and train the team.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of experience as a project manager, preferably in media or a content agency.
- Experience with AI tools and a willingness to learn new solutions.
- Systemic thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities.
- Knowledge of meta-skills and the ability to apply them in work.
- Experience implementing processes from scratch will be an advantage.
- Experience working in a large media or product company will be an advantage.
- Understanding of content work specifics.
- Experience working with documents.
