We are Mira Search, a leading recruitment agency based in Dubai.

The company professionally develops brands in the technology and Web3 sphere across five regions worldwide (North America, Europe, Middle East & North Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America) through strategic PR events, influencer collaborations, and event participation. We are currently looking for an Accountant / FinOps.

⚡ What you will do:

• Control and manage the company's cash flow, including income and expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support decision-making.
• Quarterly VAT submission in the UAE and coordination of the annual audit process.
• Execute financial transactions through online banking and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

⚡ What we expect from you:

• Proven experience with companies based in the UAE and a deep understanding of the UAE legal system.
• Experience with Crypto Payments - transactions, auditing, etc.
• Proven experience in accounting and cryptocurrency-related transactions.

⚡ What we offer:

• Salary - $3500-4500
• Fully remote, with the option to join the team in Dubai.
