Chief Financial Officer / Head of Finance (Crypto) Required

About the Role We are looking for a senior finance leader to build and scale the financial function of a crypto company. The role involves ownership of financial strategy, treasury function, financial infrastructure, and support for the international growth of the business. Practical experience in fintech and crypto neobank / crypto payments environment is critically important for this position, as well as an understanding of payment infrastructure, liquidity, and international settlements. In addition to the financial domain, the position involves participating in the development of individual products and business areas, including performing the functions of a product owner for specific projects.

▪️Key Responsibilities: ▫️Management of the company's financial function: treasury, FP&A, financial control, and reporting ▫️Management of international cash flows, liquidity, and cross-border operations ▫️Building and scaling financial processes, models, and infrastructure ▫️Preparation of budgets, forecasts, management reports, and KPIs ▫️Interaction with banks, payment providers, liquidity providers, and external partners ▫️Participation in the development of new products and management of individual product initiatives

▪️Requirements: ▫️5+ years of experience in CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director positions ▫️Mandatory experience in a fintech and crypto / crypto neobank / crypto payments environment ▫️Proven experience in managing the treasury function, international settlements, and liquidity ▫️Practical experience with payment infrastructure, settlement processes, and cross-border flows ▫️Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and fiat payment flows ▫️Experience in building a financial function and processes from scratch ▫️Strong financial modeling and management analytics skills ▫️Fluent English

▪️Will be an advantage: ▫️Experience in market making, prop trading, or crypto infrastructure ▫️Experience in launching products or managing cross-functional initiatives
