Moscow Marathon, the main organizer of the country's running movement, invites a TOP-level executive - Marketing Director - a pragmatic sales strategist who knows how to sell not ad space, but emotions and access to a unique audience.
Job objective: you will come to radically increase revenue from partnership contracts and build a systematic, working sales machine in the company.
Key tasks:
- Strategic and operational management of the department
- Top-level personal sales: conducting negotiations for the largest contracts (from 50 to 200+ million rubles)
- Development of the partner portfolio
- Development and implementation of activation programs: generating creative ideas for partner integration
- Analytics and pricing
We expect from you:
- Willingness to share ideas and outlines for future work in the company: how do you plan to increase revenue from partnership contracts? How do you plan to develop the company's brand so that millions of people know about it?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, including at least 3 years in sports, event, or media business with confirmed cases of monetizing large events
- Experience in an international company
- Successful experience in selling and implementing sponsorship/partnership packages worth from 30 million rubles
- Successful cases in promoting the company brand
- Personal experience in negotiating with top executives of large corporations (FMCG, banks, automotive, telecom)
- Team management skills: ability to set goals, motivate, and achieve results
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen: you see monetization opportunities in everything the company does
- High stress resistance, proactivity, and result orientation. You are the "engine" that takes responsibility for the numbers
- You are not afraid of tough negotiations and responsibility for million-dollar contracts. You are ready to lead the team to new heights by personal example
What we offer:
- Fixed salary + percentage of partnership contracts. We are ready to discuss a high income level based on your experience and ambitions

- Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00, but considering the non-standard hours during event preparation and execution (weekend work is paid double according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation)
