We are a large VPN service with 250,000+ active users in the Russian Federation. We are looking for a Senior specialist for the role of Chief Network Administrator, who will take on the key part of the project's network and VPN infrastructure.
Salary: 350,000–1,000,000 ₽ net — the final amount depends on the level, experience, and competencies. Format: fully remote, full-time. Employment: primary job only — no parallel work or study.
We need more than just a strong network engineer. We are looking for someone who has already worked in a large VPN service and knows the industry from the inside. A specialist who is deeply immersed in what's happening in the market: follows changes in blocking and network restrictions, understands modern traffic filtering methods, knows current VPN technologies, and constantly tests new infrastructure solutions. It is important to have a good understanding of the hosting and data center market, to understand the specifics of different providers, and to be able to build a scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure for hundreds of thousands of users.
We do not need someone who has previously set up a VPN according to instructions. We are looking for a specialist for whom VPN infrastructure and networks are their main professional specialization.
