We are an international iGaming team, actively developing the Affiliate direction in LATAM and are now launching Argentina from scratch.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take charge of GEO development, building a partner network, and scaling quality traffic.

🚀 What you will do:

• Search for and onboard new Affiliate partners • Develop the partner network in Argentina / LATAM • Conduct negotiations and agree on individual terms • Work with webmasters, CPA networks, Telegram channels, streamers, and sub-affiliates • Onboard partners and support them until the first FTD • Analyze FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV, and traffic quality • Monitor performance and detect fraud • Scale the Affiliate channel and meet KPIs

🎯 What is important:

• 2+ years of Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming • Experience launching a new GEO from scratch • Knowledge of the LATAM / Argentina market • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid • Experience working with FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV • English B2+ • Spanish — a big plus • Up-to-date partner base for Argentina GEO — mandatory • Independence and strong negotiation skills
