About the company: 🔸Hello! We are a team of 100+ specialists, developing our own portfolio of SEO sites and digital products. 🔸We are looking for a CEO with a strong SEO background who will take over the operational management of the company and, together with the owner, will be responsible for further business scaling.

Responsibilities: 🔸Company development strategy and project portfolio; 🔸P&L, budget, and unit economics management; 🔸Building organizational structure, processes, KPI/OKR; 🔸Management of department heads and teams; 🔸Control of SEO directions and project prioritization; 🔸Search for new growth points and launch of new directions; 🔸Implementation of AI and automation in business processes; 🔸Gradual transfer of operational management from the owner to the CEO.

What is important: 🔸5+ years in SEO and confirmed cases with numerical results; 🔸Experience in managing a company / large business unit; 🔸Experience in managing P&L and large teams; 🔸Strong skills in finance, processes, and scaling; 🔸Systematic approach and ability to make data-driven decisions; 🔸Readiness to work in Kazakhstan.

A plus will be: 🔸Experience with a portfolio of SEO sites / affiliate projects, international GEOs, MBA / Executive MBA.

Salary: 🔸Fixed + % of results. 🔸from $7000
