Our company develops its own digital assets: a portfolio of websites and products that grow primarily through SEO. We are focused on the development and monetization of our own projects.
We currently have 100+ specialists, and we continue to scale.
We are looking for a CEO who will take over the operational management of the company and, together with the owner, will be responsible for the further development of the business.
We need not just an operations manager, but a person with a strong SEO background, who understands the specifics of an SEO business, knows how to manage teams and finances, and is capable of turning strategic goals into a working system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's strategy for 1-3 years and the development roadmap for the portfolio of websites and digital products;
- Be responsible for P&L: budgeting, unit economics of projects, and portfolio profitability;
- Build operational management: processes, regulations, planning, OKRs/KPIs, and execution control;
- Manage heads of departments and teams: hiring, development, motivation, and strengthening of key functions;
- Define portfolio development priorities in conjunction with relevant managers;
- Monitor the quality of SEO strategies and the results of SEO directions;
- Identify and launch new growth areas, products, and directions, actively implement AI;
- Establish transparent management reporting on finances, traffic, project and team efficiency;
- Gradually take over operational management of the company from the owner.
What is important to us:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and a deep understanding of how SEO works in practice;
- Proven SEO cases with concrete results in traffic, rankings, and/or revenue;
- Experience in managing a company, a large business unit, or several departments;
- Experience in managing P&L and understanding of unit economics;
- Experience in managing large teams and managers;
- Ability to independently build organizational structure, processes, KPIs, and management rhythm;
- Experience in budgeting and working with management reports;
- Ability to make decisions based on data;
- Active use of AI tools and understanding of how to implement AI in business processes;
- Willingness to work in Kazakhstan.
Will be a big plus:
- Experience managing a portfolio of SEO websites, digital products, or affiliate projects;
- Experience in scaling an SEO business, experience in launching products or companies in new GEOs;
- MBA / Executive MBA or other management education.
