In Wildberries&Russ we are looking for a Lead Product Manager.
Wildberries and Russ united company is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Forming the cross-border development strategy and product roadmap.
- Being responsible for key business metrics: GMV, number of active sellers, assortment, connection conversion, time to market, and unit economics.
- Developing the complete journey for international sellers: registration, verification, listing creation, pricing, logistics, payments, returns, support, and analytics.
- Identifying key barriers for international sellers entering the platform and systematically reducing them.
- Forming and testing product hypotheses, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Coordinating the work of multiple product and functional teams.
- Participating in the selection of priority countries and shaping the market entry model.
- Being responsible for the end-to-end results of the direction: from idea and business case to launch and scaling.
Requirements:
- Product management or product direction leadership experience of 5+ years.
- Experience in the role of Lead Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar.
- Experience in developing marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or international digital products.
- Ability to work not only with user metrics but also with P&L, unit economics, and business results.
- Experience launching complex cross-functional products with a large number of dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, build funnels, identify growth drivers, and evaluate launch impact.
- Ability to form strategy and simultaneously delve deeply into product processes and details.
- Experience in team management and developing product managers.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders of different levels and drive
- decisions through a complex organizational structure.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher — for working with international partners and teams.
