OK RUSAL invites an ICS/SCADA Analyst to join the team responsible for the implementation, development, and support of the PIMS (Process Information Management System).
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of work on connecting equipment to a unified data repository;
- Survey, development of technical solutions for connecting ICS/SCADA to LAN;
- OPC server configuration;
- Unified data repository configuration (mimic diagrams and tag structure);
- Conducting tests, preparing documentation, participating in system incident resolution;
- Development and approval of technical specifications and other technical and user documentation;
- Task stack management: monitoring deadlines, execution, timely closure;
- User training.
Requirements
- Higher education in ICS/SCADA or IT;
- Work experience as an ICS/SCADA Software Engineer, MES Implementation/Support Engineer, or Business/System Analyst for at least 3 years;
- Understanding of the basic principles of ICS/SCADA or MES design and implementation;
- Knowledge of LAN construction principles;
- Knowledge of programming languages according to IEC 61131-3 standard (ST, LD, FBD);
- Skills in working with technical documentation;
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- Skills in developing and approving (Technical Requirements, Technical Specifications, Technical Project Designs, Instructions, etc.);
- PLC programming skills for well-known manufacturers – Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, etc.;
- Experience with OSIsoft PI System, Indusoft Digital Services, or similar software from other vendors.
