In this role, you will enhance Avito's perception as a technology company through product stories, team expertise, data, and notable communication projects in classical and digital channels.
You will be responsible for:
- developing and implementing PR campaigns promoting Avito's technology direction for different audiences (users, businesses, professional community, regulators);
- managing communications around AI launches and releases: formulating positioning, key messages, preparing media plans, ensuring PR support, and measuring effect;
- developing the expert track of Avito's AI leaders: participation in industry events, speaking engagements, podcasts, interviews, columns, comments;
- preparing texts of various formats: press releases, features, interviews, theses/speechwriting, Q&A, materials for presentations and announcements;
- working closely with product and technical teams and the product: gathering factual material, synchronizing on the roadmap and risks, preparing communications in advance;
- coordinating contractors (PR agency, production, design, research) and ensuring a unified quality of communications;
- managing projects: deadlines, budget, legal and reputational risks, performance evaluation.
We expect that you:
- have experience working with cross-functional teams,
- have at least five years of experience in the technology agenda;
- understand how news hooks on complex topics are created and formed;
- know relevant journalists, know how to generate news agenda and write interesting texts;
- know how to set priorities and evaluate results;
- work with texts;
- are ready to make decisions;
- are attentive to details.
