We are an algorithmic hedge fund operating in the cryptocurrency markets since 2017.

We are looking for someone who already has a working trading system. This could be a strategy, a bot, or a set of approaches that have been launched in the market and made money.

The main role is to develop and scale your strategy in a normal environment.

🔸 Launch and develop your trading strategies in production 🔸 Adapt them to real market conditions and liquidity 🔸 Work with execution, order book, and market behavior 🔸 Improve system performance and stability together with the team

Who we are looking for:

🔸 You have a strategy / bot / system that has already traded and generated profit 🔸 You have real experience in crypto algo trading or quant research 🔸 You understand how to bring a strategy to production, not just test it 🔸 You have a good understanding of order book, execution, and market microstructure 🔸 You have hands-on experience with CEX

It will be a plus if you have worked with market making or HFT, understand low-latency infrastructure, or use AI in research — but this is not critical.

Important point:

We are not asking you to disclose your strategy or share the logic. It is important for us to understand that it really works. Usually, the following is sufficient: • general description • understanding of the approach • confirmation of PnL in any format that is safe for you
