Vacancy: Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Company: Unimatch Lab Salary: from $6000 + bonuses International markets
We are looking for a leader to scale a mobile AI product with a subscription model.
Area of responsibility:
— Scaling paid acquisition (UAC, ASA, TikTok, Meta, Moloco, etc.) — Responsibility for CAC, LTV, Retention, Payback, and revenue growth — Work with MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust), understanding of SKAN — Building a system of hypotheses and creative testing — Development of content as a growth channel (UGC, influencer, organic) — Work in conjunction with the product
Requirements:
— 10+ years of experience in marketing — 3+ years in the role of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth — Experience scaling a consumer mobile app — Subscription model — Strong performance background, hands-on experience — Team management experience
