Head of Marketing Engineering

Position: Head of Marketing Engineering Company: Baklajan.io Format: full-time, office, Limassol, Cyprus Salary: discussed + growth bonus

Developing mobile utility applications with subscriptions. We are looking for a hands-on leader at the intersection of User Acquisition and development: to manage paid acquisition and build a system that automates 99% of marketing processes.

Tasks: • Lead current campaigns from day one: scale successful ones, disable ineffective ones, control ROAS and payback. • Automate campaign launches, creative testing, budgets, optimization, and reporting. • Develop internal analytics, MCP servers, and AI agents. • Assist media buyers and establish a repeatable process for launching new verticals.

Expectations: • Initiative is the key requirement. Do not wait for tasks: independently find bottlenecks, propose solutions, and bring them to fruition. • Experience in UA for mobile applications in Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar channels. • Excellent understanding of subscription economics: trial-to-paid, churn, LTV, ROAS, payback. • Experience with MMP, attribution, SKAN, and RevenueCat/AppHud. • Use of LLMs and agents, ability to turn routine into working tools.
