Company 🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠 💙 is looking for an engineer for the chaos testing team. The employee will be engaged in destructive testing of various bank systems, helping to identify weak spots and increase the fault tolerance of the infrastructure for one of the largest Russian banks. Level: Middle Location: Remote within Russia + citizens of the Russian Federation residing in friendly or neutral countries + citizens of the Republic of Belarus + citizens of Kazakhstan Salary range: up to 350,000 rubles net Equipment: At the candidate's discretion

Responsibilities: • Development of chaos tests for various bank systems, modeling of emergency situations and failures. • Selection of testing tools that best implement the planned scenarios of destructive impacts. • Conducting chaos testing, collecting and analyzing results, identifying deviations from the expected system behavior. • Localization of detected fault tolerance defects, determination of their causes and conditions of occurrence. • Registration of defects in the tracking system, discussion of found problems with developers and the support team. • Active communication with the project team, participation in test planning and discussion of results.

Requirements: What we expect from the candidate: • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: SRE, DevOps, destructive/chaos testing, functional testing, load testing, computer systems and network administration. • Good technical skills in administration and/or development of applications and servers (*nix, Windows). • Experience in configuring and operating Kubernetes, Docker in production environments. • Understanding of business system architecture and principles of fault tolerance. • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Lens) for collecting metrics and analyzing system status.
