Position

Required
- 4–5+ years of experience as a system/business analyst in product or logistics/retail projects;
- Confident collection and formalization of BT/FT/NFT, proficiency in standard artifacts (scenarios, API specifications, process and data models);
- Conceptual design skills: context diagrams, service decomposition, interaction between the logistics web application and the driver's mobile application;
- Proficiency in notations and tools for describing systems: BPMN/UML (sequence diagrams, context diagrams, ER diagrams);
- Experience in designing synchronous and asynchronous inter-service interaction contracts (REST/gRPC, queues/events);
- Confident data modeling in the domain of orders, deliveries, routes, statuses, rejections, billing;
- Mandatory experience in initiative management: control of deadlines and quality in one's own and adjacent teams, leading a feature from idea to launch.
Desired
- Experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce or retail, especially DIY and large-item deliveries;
- Experience with routing systems (preferably Yandex.Routing / RouteQ) and VRP tasks;
- Understanding of web and mobile application architecture (Android for drivers: offline, GPS, push, in-route work);
- Experience working in product cross-functional teams (Scrum/Kanban), participation in shaping the product roadmap and metrics;
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with logisticians, business stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
Tasks
- Deep dive into the delivery business in DIY retail, planning and execution processes of the "last mile";
- Collection and formalization of BT/FT/NFT, preparation of clear specifications for development teams;
- Conceptual design of the solution: target architecture, service boundaries, integrations with external systems (routing, carriers, ERP, etc.);
- Design of inter-service interaction contracts and data models for the logistics web application and the driver's mobile application;
- Description of service functionality and internal algorithms (route planning/re-planning, rejections, partial delivery, rescheduling, cancellations);
- Together with the product owner — forming the development strategy, architectural support for releases, and managing the implementation of initiatives across several teams.
