System Analyst
Conditions:
- Employment: full-time
- Location: RF/RB (time zone no more than +/- 2 hours from MSK)

Position:
Mandatory:
- 4+ years of experience as an analyst in forecasting/machine learning/logistics/retail;
- Experience in independently managing tasks from business requirements to release;
- Ability to model business processes using BPMN at an analytical level;
- Experience in designing REST integrations and integrations with Apache Kafka brokers;
- Experience in designing PostgreSQL, GreenPlum, ClickHouse databases;
- Skill in writing complex SQL scripts.
Desirable:
- Good oral/written communication skills;
- Understanding of the basics of statistics, ML models, and forecasting methods.
Tasks:
- Collect, analyze, and validate system requirements (functional, non-functional). Design solutions for their implementation;
- Design integration interactions;
- Decompose and assign tasks to the development team (backend, frontend, API, integrations);
- Participate in acceptance testing and implementation;
- Participate in incident analysis, identify causes, and propose solutions;
- Interact with related teams to implement cross-team projects;
- Design data models within the scope of the assigned task;
- Conduct demos for stakeholders;
- Interact with users, customers, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and collect feedback;
- Conduct training on system usage.
