❤️6️⃣❤️❤️🩷❤️❤️✨ We are looking for a system analyst to join the digital product development team (B2B, last-mile logistics, electronic document management) at Lehman PRO. You will be responsible for making the interaction of legal entities with the company simple and understandable, managing product delivery, and implementing new services for electronic document management. The role involves high communication, flexibility in solutions, and working in an environment with multiple services (10+) and business teams.

Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements (FR, NFR) for systems through interviews, system research, and documentation review. Design solutions, integration interactions (REST, WebSocket, Apache Kafka), and data models in DBMS (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Describe business processes in BPMN notation (analytical level), model AS IS / TO BE, conduct GAP analysis, and automate processes (experience with Camunda is a plus). Document requirements in the format of technical specifications, Use Cases, and APIs in OpenAPI specifications (Swagger); model UML (Sequence, Use Case) and architecture in C4 notation (L1/L2). Decompose and assign tasks to the development team (backend, frontend, API, integrations), monitor deadlines and quality, and resolve blockers. Collaborate with adjacent teams, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to implement cross-team projects. Participate in acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and handover of functionality for support. Participate in incident analysis using logs (Kibana, Grafana / ELK), identify root causes, and propose solutions. Conduct demos for adjacent teams and train users.

Requirements: System analyst experience of at least 4 years (required). Experience in retail, logistics, or electronic document management (one of the domains is required). Independent task management "from business requirements to release" and "from architectural solution to release".

Technical Skills: Tools: Postman, Swagger Editor/OpenAPI, Git, Camunda (plus), SOAP knowledge (plus), RabbitMQ (plus). Integrations: design of REST, WebSocket, Apache Kafka; working with XML/XSD. Databases: experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB; writing SQL queries. Architecture: understanding of monolithic and microservice architecture, BFF pattern. Notations: UML (Sequence, Use Case), BPMN, C4. Understanding the difference between functional and regression testing; experience with acceptance and end-to-end testing. Working with logs (Kibana, Grafana / ELK). Knowledge of Agile rituals and ability to define DOR, DOD, AC.
