We are looking for a senior-level Head of Organizational Effectiveness who will build and drive the company's performance ecosystem across the entire organisation. This is not a traditional HRBP or People Partner role. The position sits at the intersection of Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, OKR/KPI Governance, and Total Rewards, with direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Build and scale a company-wide performance management framework that aligns business goals, leadership accountability, compensation strategy, and organisational execution. You will own the design and implementation of performance operating systems, governance processes, incentive programs, and leadership accountability frameworks that support EMCD's next stage of growth.
