HR Generalist (US Operations)

GoMining is building the next generation of the Bitcoin economy. Our infrastructure powers one of the world's largest Bitcoin mining ecosystems, operating industrial-scale data centers across the United States while serving millions of users worldwide. As our US operations continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Generalist who combines hands-on recruitment with strong HR operational experience. This is a broad role where you'll become the main HR partner for our US teams — hiring great people, supporting managers, improving employee experience, and helping build scalable HR processes across our data center operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting managers on employee relations and HR matters.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Highly organized with excellent ownership and follow-through.
• Fluent English. Russian B2+.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based positions, primarily across data center operations and hosting teams.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Source, interview, and manage candidates through the entire hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for operational and technical roles.
