What you will be doing:

• Full recruitment cycle for specialists in Crypto and Media Buying.
• Active sourcing and hunting: searching for candidates in relevant Telegram chats, via LinkedIn, and personal recommendations.
• Conducting screenings and initial interviews (assessing hard & soft skills, motivation, and suitability).
• Building and continuously developing your own candidate database.
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to calibrate the profile of the ideal candidate.

Your superpowers (requirements): Mandatory: Recruitment experience in the Crypto sphere.

• Experience in successfully closing Senior-level vacancies.
• Active search skills (cold sourcing), not just processing incoming applications.
• Speed, proactivity, and focus on measurable results.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with candidates in a highly competitive market.
