Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Specialist, or a related role. Bachelor's degree in Legal, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong practical knowledge of the Polish Labor Code, HR administration practices, and operational controls, with demonstrable experience applying them in a multi-entity environment
• Strong practical knowledge of EMEA labor law and its application in daily HR operations
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle from an operational perspective
• Proven hands-on experience with HiBob or related HRIS platfrom, covering:
  • Employee lifecycle management: onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date org structure across multiple legal entities
  • Custom fields, reporting, and people analytics
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• English level (C1), Polish level (B2+)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working in international or multi-country environments
• Experience supporting audits or labor inspections
• Experience working with EU employment regulations and practices
• Experience supporting HR processes during legal entity setup or restructuring
