HR Documentation Specialist 📑 We have an open spot on our team – perhaps it’s yours! Our team photo is missing one person – an attentive, systematic, and reliable HR Documentation Specialist who loves order in documents and doesn’t miss even the smallest details. 💜

We are an international iGaming company that has been developing its own products for over 10 years, expanding its geography, and scaling its team. We are now strengthening the HR function due to company growth and the development of our Cyprus office.

🔎 What you will be doing — Preparing employment contracts, additional agreements, NDAs, and other HR documents; — Supporting employee hiring, transfers, changes in working conditions, and terminations; — Reviewing documents and ensuring the completeness of HR packages; — Maintaining up-to-date employee data in HR systems; — Working with timesheets, leaves, sick days, day-offs, and data for payroll; — Consulting employees on HR-related matters; — Liaising with legal, finance departments, and external consultants; — Assisting in developing and improving HR processes, instructions, and regulations.

🎯 We will be a good match if you have ✅ 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Documentation, HR Operations, or HR record-keeping; ✅ Experience in preparing contracts, additional agreements, and NDAs; ✅ Understanding of payroll processes and working with timesheets; ✅ English language proficiency at A2–B1 level or higher; ✅ Attentiveness, independence, and a love for order. Experience with international employment, supporting employees in Cyprus, and working with 1C, BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Airtable will be a plus.
