We are looking for a self-sufficient and systematic HR Generalist who can not only handle individual HR tasks but also see the entire employee journey — from their start in the company to their departure.
💼 Working Conditions ● Schedule: 5/2 ● Salary: from 800 USDT / month ● Format: remote work ● Employment: full-time
🎯 Main Responsibilities • Experience as an HR Manager / HR Generalist for at least 1 year. • Practical experience in managing the full employee HR cycle: adaptation, support, development, retention, and termination. • Experience in developing and managing onboarding processes: welcome process, adaptation plan, probation period monitoring, collecting feedback from the employee and manager. • Experience in organizing and managing offboarding processes: exit interviews, feedback collection, processing employee departure. • Experience in organizing and participating in team building, corporate events, and HR activities aimed at team engagement. • Ability to work with HR statistics and analytics: turnover, headcount, adaptation, terminations, reasons for leaving, indicator dynamics, and other HR metrics. • Ability to collect, systematize, and analyze HR data and draw conclusions based on it. • Communication skills with employees and managers at different levels. • Ability to independently identify HR problems and propose solutions, not just execute assigned tasks. • Systemic approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously. • Fluent oral and written communication. • High level of empathy, tact, and ability to build trusting relationships with employees. • Proactivity, responsibility, and result-orientation.
👤 What We Expect from the Candidate • Work experience in IT / FinTech / MFO / digital companies or other fast-growing companies. • Experience in building HR processes from scratch. • Experience working with HRM systems, CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and other accounting tools. • Understanding of key HR metrics and ability to work with reporting. • Experience conducting 1:1 meetings, employee satisfaction and engagement surveys. • Experience in developing internal HR regulations, policies, and instructions. • Experience working with corporate culture and internal communications.
