An international gymnastics club invites a remote Training and Development Manager for onboarding, quality control, and employee development!

What you will be doing:

📌 Be responsible for onboarding, training, and employee development:

— conduct training for new employees and prepare them for final attestation;

— support new hires after they start and monitor the achievement of performance standards;

— analyze KPIs and the quality of work of current employees, identify growth areas;

— conduct individual and group training sessions, analyses, and practical exercises;

— develop employee development plans and monitor their implementation;

— conduct repeat checks and evaluate training results based on indicator dynamics;

— identify systematic and recurring errors and work on their elimination;

— update training materials, scripts, checklists, and work standards.

📌 The manager's main task is to bring new employees up to standard and improve the quality of work of the current team. The result is evaluated not by the number of training sessions conducted, but by the real growth of employees' professional skills and performance indicators!

📌 The responsibility zone will include managers, qualifiers, administrators, and coaches. Work will be structured in collaboration with department heads based on KPIs, quality control results, and identified growth areas.

• Ability to work with KPIs, analyze performance indicators, and identify employee growth areas;

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and translate identified problems into concrete actions;

• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through "before/after" metrics;

• Experience in creating training materials, instructions, scripts, and checklists;

• Systematic thinking, independence, and result orientation;

• Ability to quickly grasp the specifics of different roles and processes;

• Experience working with CRM systems and Google Sheets; knowledge of Bitrix24 will be an advantage;

• Stable internet connection, computer or laptop.
