We are currently looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online introductory training on product and sales for new Contact Center employees.
2. Conduct regular training sessions for existing employees: updates, refresh trainings, soft skills, and other programs.
3. Develop interactive e-learning courses and practical assignments for skill development.
4. Conduct knowledge assessments and collect feedback from employees and managers to improve training programs.
5. Analyze training results and prepare reports on employee proficiency.

The main task is not just to train an employee, but to help them apply the acquired knowledge and reach the required KPI level.

We Expect from the Candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Training Manager is mandatory.
• Practical experience in conducting online sales trainings.
• Personal sales experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently create training programs and educational materials from scratch.
• Ability to engage participants and maintain group attention during online trainings.
• Ability to work with employees of different skill levels and provide constructive feedback.
• Understanding the relationship between training and sales results and KPIs.

Having real case studies will be a great advantage: where employee performance improved after training. It is important to understand what the results were before training, what exactly you did, and how the indicators changed afterward.
