Sales Manager for a Public Speaking School

Conditions:

✔ Minimum income upon fulfilling the basic sales plan from 115,000 rubles (salary + % of sales); ✔ Remote work from anywhere in the world (Russian Federation registration)🌍; ✔ Friendly and active online team; ✔ Corporate training, assistance with starting work; ✔ Regular timely salary payment;

What needs to be done: ✨Contact clients from the company's warm lead base via phone and messengers; ✨Work with clients throughout the full deal cycle until payment is received; ✨Accept payments; ✨Work according to approved communication standards and regulations; ✨Manage deals and reporting in amoCRM and internal company systems

Key Skills: ✔Sales experience of 1 year or more ✔Remote work experience ✔Experience with amoCRM ✔Responsibility for oneself and results, punctuality ✔Politeness, attentiveness, and empathy in dialogue ✔Fluent oral and written speech, absence of filler words ✔Experience in selling educational services or online schools is a plus
