Our company “Business Partner” is engaged in building sales systems in companies. We help owners create effective sales departments, and implement tools that help managers sell more.
We are actively developing, which is why we need an ambitious and engaged Business Trainer / Expert (Curator).
There is no need to search for clients — we have a sales department responsible for providing clients.
What you will need to do:
- Create and implement sales tools together with the client (sales system, sales models and scripts, CRM, analytics, planning and reporting, etc.);
- Train the client's sales department employees to use the implemented tools and work effectively with them;
- Monitor task execution, analyze client deals;
- Maintain sales analytics, ensure sales plan fulfillment;
- Conduct planning meetings and team-building events.
What is important in candidates:
- Ability to build communication, lead a team, and willingness to always learn new things;
- Must have B2B sales experience (working with a cold base is an advantage) and experience as a Head of Sales;
- Desire to work with various business segments.
