HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR specialist who will be responsible for recruiting employees and assisting managers in closing open positions.

Responsibilities:

— post and update vacancies on hh.ru and other platforms; — search for candidates and independently process applications; — conduct initial interviews by phone and online; — evaluate candidates and forward suitable ones to managers; — schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates at all stages; — maintain a candidate database; — monitor the onboarding of new employees; — assist with the adaptation of employees during their probation period; — prepare simple recruitment reports.

Requirements:

— at least 6 months of experience in personnel recruitment; — literate speech and good communication skills; — ability to conduct interviews and ask the right questions; — attention to detail and organizational skills; — ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously; — confident user of a computer and office software; — knowledge of hh.ru.

Will be a plus:

— experience in mass recruitment; — recruitment of employees for IT, digital, or office teams; — experience with CRM or HR systems; — knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel; — experience in employee adaptation and support.
