Head of People Management (HRD) Format: remote**

We are one of the leading international iGaming holdings with a team of over 5000 professionals worldwide. We are looking for a strong candidate for the role of Head of People Partners, who will lead the People Partner function and help scale the HR function in a rapidly growing online business.

**What is important to us: **- Residence outside of the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus;

• Language skills: English - fluent (mandatory);
• Work experience in the position of Head of HR / Head of People Partners / HRD; **- Experience managing a team of 10+ employees; **
• Work experience in companies with a headcount of 1000+ employees;
• Practical experience in scaling HR processes in a rapidly growing business;
• Experience in building and developing the People Partner function;
• Experience in IT or a technology environment will be an advantage.

**Main tasks: -**Lead the People Partners team (15+ people) in an international structure; -Develop the team, set goals and quality standards for work; -Monitor workload and efficiency; -Provide training and professional growth for the team; -Make HR decisions based on HR metrics; -Analyze the effectiveness of the organizational structure; -Prepare analytics and reports for C-level.
