We are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Culture for our partner — an international IT company in the iGaming sector.

The company develops high-load web platforms that serve millions of users worldwide daily. Within the team, openness, initiative, a high level of interaction, and the ability to influence processes are valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Organization of offsite events/corporate parties twice a month
2. Team management
3. Regulation of internal HR processes: onboarding, engagement, retention, employee evaluation
4. Planning and conducting communication posts, etc.
5. Creation and implementation of programs for culture, training, development, team building.
6. Collection and interpretation of data on engagement, satisfaction, and event effectiveness.

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in HRD, HRBP, or corporate culture roles; • Experience with employee onboarding and HR analytics; • Skill in conducting 1-on-1 meetings; • Experience in preparing reports and recommendations for managers; • Ability to analyze eNPS and qualitative feedback; • Experience conducting 360° surveys, working with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and competency matrices; • Experience organizing events of various scales; • Skills in working with contractors and budget management; • Experience in preparing internal communications and content; • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or similar tools will be an advantage; • English at Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
