Greetings from the 6Sns marketing bureau team!
We've created this document to provide detailed information about the intern position, our culture, and our approach to work. We believe this will help you get to know us better than a dry summary from hh about "ambitious tasks" and a "friendly team."
We are 6Sns, a marketing and branding bureau. Over 7 years in the market, we have completed about a hundred projects and continue to grow actively.
Our team works in various areas, including:
Research: We help companies solve non-standard problems – from audience research to hypothesis testing.
Branding: Development of brand strategies and platforms.
Design: Creation of identity, website, and application interfaces.
Influence: Building strategies and promotion.
Content: Creatives, special projects, visual and textual materials.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work with specialists in these areas and develop in any of them.
Duration: 2 months
Internship is unpaid.
Work schedule is agreed upon individually.
We consider your involvement as a full team member for at least 4 hours a day (20 hours a week). The bureau operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 MSK. Saturday, Sunday — days off.
Fill out the form.
Send your CV and portfolio (mandatory for designers).
Complete the self-identification presentation.
The self-identification presentation is a brief and clear story about yourself, showing who you are and what is important to you.
You need to download the file, upload it to your own (public) drive, and fill out the presentation starting from slide 8.
For the "Design" direction, the test assignment will be sent after reviewing all the materials described above.
Choose a test assignment corresponding to the title of your internship direction.
If you wish to intern in several directions simultaneously, you must complete a test assignment for each of them.
After submitting the form with all materials, we will review them within five business days.
We will then inform you of our decision by email.
During the internship, you can work on tasks from one or two chosen areas. We will help you discover your strengths.

Research
From day one, you will be involved in real commercial projects. We conduct market research, customer development interviews, competitor analysis, user analysis, segmentation, and market assessments. There's much to learn. This role combines two areas: commercial projects in the research department and the development of the internal product Digital Resource, which helps researchers and clients get relevant information about the market, competitors, and users faster and easier.
Design and Visual Storytelling
You will help turn our projects into vivid visual case studies: compile presentations in Google Slides and Figma, create landing pages on Tilda, analyze the best visual design examples on the market, and assist in preparing analyses for the team on communication and territorial design.
Product and Process Development
In the project department, your role will be to help maintain order: systematically collect and format information, track project deadlines, assist with organizing calls, and ensure all documentation is in order. Thanks to you, everything will move faster and more accurately.
Sales Support
Sales start with clear pre-sales. You will be able to conduct mini-research, assist with contractor selection, brief verification, and preparation of commercial proposals.
Influencer Marketing
You will assist in working with bloggers: find suitable ones, compile tables with metrics, segment databases by niche, track placements, and record results. Together, we will come up with inspiring collaborations, creatives, and scripts to keep campaigns visible and alive.
Content and Media
You will be able to participate in the development of the Telegram channel and website: select relevant content, check formatting, interact with other channels, write texts, and monitor statistics.
It's important to consider two points:
Be prepared for routine tasks. This is an internship, and part of your time will be spent collecting data, compiling tables, and basic analytics. These are not the most creative tasks, but they are important, and even the most ambitious projects cannot function without them.
Be prepared for urgent tasks. We work like a startup: flexibly, quickly, and sometimes chaotically. Everyone on the team takes responsibility for their area and grows with it. We are looking for those who want to develop, not just pass the time.
Essential for our bureau:
Structural and analytical thinking – you can bring order to chaos: make sense of disparate information, draw clear conclusions, and present them in understandable tables, texts, or presentations. A background in sociology, psychology, or marketing research will be an advantage.
Basic graphic design skills – you can assemble a presentation, format a case study, or create a landing page neatly and clearly.
Basic copywriting skills and understanding of social media – you can write clearly and accessibly, adapt your style to the format, and are comfortable with edits.
Confident work with data and tables (Google Sheets and Excel) – you can collect, clean, and analyze data, work with formulas, and check numbers for logic and accuracy.
Communication skills – you are comfortable writing to unfamiliar people: contractors, bloggers, respondents. You can convey the essence politely and to the point.
Independence and responsibility – you don't lose track of tasks, can plan your time, and deliver results on time.
Interest in development – you are genuinely interested in self-improvement, and you can cite a book, course, or topic that has helped you in your work.
Experience with AI tools
Tools – proficiently use GPT and Google Sheets, and can search for information effectively. Knowledge of Miro, Notion, Figma, AMO CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with Tilda or Figma layout – will be useful for designing landing pages and case studies. This is important if you are interested in the Design department.
Understanding of influencer marketing – you know how to find bloggers and collect data about them. This is important if you are interested in the Influence department.
Understanding of Agile/Kanban principles or project work experience – if you have worked in such teams, it will be easier to adapt to our processes.
English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate level. We conduct a third of our research in English. A decent level is needed at least for reading.
Curiosity and attention to detail – if you are interested in learning new topics and grasp them quickly, it will significantly accelerate your development in the team.
Our bureau's culture is built on six senses:
Sincerity. Being sincere with yourself, your desires, and your colleagues.
Symbiosis. We honestly acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses. We are more interested in hiring people who are stronger than us in certain areas and creating great products with them.
Synthesis. This is the creation of something new from known parts.
Common Sense. In every task, logic should be the primary guide.
Completion. The finalization of work is important. Only then can we draw conclusions and move forward.
Insight. The five basic senses combine into the sixth, most important one, when we find revelations in our work, something important within ourselves, when a client's eyes light up from the result. This is the true joy of work. This is what we live for.
Congratulations! You are already in the top 10% of people who have read this document to the end.
