Requirements: Experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields - 5+ years. Solid practical experience in designing and managing enterprise-level design systems. Proven experience with mobile platforms (iOS and Android), as well as web and desktop applications. Deep understanding of the full UX and product design cycle. Experience in an Agile environment and cross-functional product teams. Developed communication and collaboration skills with product and technical teams. Experience in the banking sector, financial services, or fintech will be a significant advantage. Experience designing products for the SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) segment will be a strong plus. Will be an advantage: experience in large organizations with complex digital ecosystems; knowledge of accessibility standards and design governance principles; proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and Design Tokens methodology.
