Technical Support & Full Stack Engineer (2-in-1)

📍 Relocation from RF and friendly countries: Doha, Qatar (100% relocation, office-based). Format: Full-time. Language: English (C1 level).

🚀 About the role: We are looking for a unique hybrid profile – an expert who will cover two critical areas at once: L2/L3 support for a complex cloud ecosystem and active Fullstack development. You will not just be fixing incidents, but independently fixing bugs in the code, closing functional gaps, and optimizing system performance.

🛠 Technical competencies and stack: Frontend: React.js (UI diagnostics, bug fixing, rendering optimization). Backend: .NET Core / Node.js (writing API endpoints, fixing business logic). Cloud (Azure - mandatory focus): Azure Portal, Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights, AKS, IAM. Data Warehouse & ETL (Critical!): Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, PostgreSQL, SQL, Airflow. Monitoring pipelines and adjusting SQL/ETL logic. DevOps: Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos), CI/CD, IaC (Bicep/Terraform - basic). Mobile: Support for React Native applications (logs, pushes). Security: Azure AD B2C, Sentinel, log auditing, working with secrets.

📋 Responsibilities: — Operations (50%): Monitoring the health of the entire platform, incident resolution (SLA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), security and access management. — Development (50%): Fixing bugs across the entire stack, developing small features, writing Unit tests, refactoring problematic code, and updating CI/CD configurations. — Data Ops: Ensuring data freshness and integrity in DWH, debugging failed ETL jobs.

🎯 Requirements (Must-have): — 5+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or Cloud Ops. — 2+ years of active Fullstack development experience (React + .NET/Node). — Expertise in Azure: deep understanding of infrastructure, data, and security in Microsoft cloud. — Ability to read logs and trace issues in distributed systems. — Capability to not only find the cause of a problem but also independently access the repository and fix it in the code.
