Yandex Pay allows you to pay for goods and services online and in offline stores. Offline stores are a new direction for us. To actively develop it, we have projects in the following segments:

• Transactional backend - the component responsible for processing payments in our system
• Merchant portal - the main tool for merchant work
• Integrations with Yandex ecosystem components
• Operational tools for Yandex employees

What tasks await you

Development You will develop and optimize existing projects.

Design You will also need to design new services together with the team. The business doesn't stand still - we constantly need to test hypotheses and make launches.

Teamwork It is important to interact both with your own team and with related teams. Our project has many connections with related systems and components. Therefore, many tasks will be cross-functional and cross-team.

We expect that you

• Have developed in any popular object-oriented language for more than two years
• Write in Go or Python or want to switch to them
• Have worked with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Know JavaScript or TypeScript, have created applications in React, have developed in Node.js
• Have developed distributed systems
