✅ Director of Manufacturing Enterprise

📍 Tashkent | Flexography and Flexible Packaging

We are looking for a director for the manufacturing company PRO FLEXO / Artifact Classic to take the enterprise under operational management and bring it to the next level of volume and profitability.

Full-cycle production: flexoprinting, extrusion, lamination, slitting, and bag making. About 170 employees, world-class equipment, established management infrastructure, and a formed team of department heads.

Key Tasks: • Full enterprise management: production, sales, procurement, finance, and personnel; • Bringing production and sales volume to planned indicators and controlling profitability; • Planning production, sales, and procurement as a unified system and making data-driven decisions; • Controlling cost of goods sold, accounts receivable, and inventory levels; • Ensuring order, safety, and compliance with technological regulations; • Team development: reducing turnover, mentoring, motivation, and shift staffing; • Completing development projects, including warehouse construction and warehouse accounting automation; • Developing the export direction — Russia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for you if: • Experience in printing is mandatory: flexography, flexible packaging, or other printing types; • Experience managing an enterprise or manufacturing business for at least 5 years with an annual turnover of $10 million or more; • Good understanding of production economics: cost of goods sold, margin, break-even point, turnover; • Experience in building regular management: planning, regulations, management reporting, and KPIs; • Confident work in ERP and CRM; • Russian language is mandatory, Uzbek is an advantage; • You are not just an administrator, but a leader who deeply immerses themselves in processes, sees problems on site, and can manage proactively.
