We are looking for not just an SMM specialist, but someone who builds and grows brand presence. Someone who sees opportunities, tests hypotheses, and drives them to results.

What you will do: — Manage social media: X, LinkedIn, Telegram (RU/ENG), VK, Instagram — Write and adapt content for different platforms — Launch new channels and formats — Work with YouTube content — Grow the audience through collaborations, seeding, and advertising — Communicate on behalf of the brand in the community (threads, discussions) — Find and launch integrations with KOLs — Analyze growth and quickly adjust strategy

You will be a good fit if you: — Have experience in crypto / Web3 — Have cases of social media growth (without artificial inflation) — Write fluently in Russian and English — Can turn complex expertise into understandable content — Are independent and do not expect micromanagement — Have worked with influencers and advertising (Telegram / X)
