Responsibilities

• Collect and process business requirements from customers;
• Prepare project documentation (functional requirements, technical specifications and solutions, specifications, instructions, etc.), set development tasks;
• Conduct negotiations with the customer;
• Interact with Data Science, ModelOps, and testing teams;
• Understand the principles of operation of external systems with which integration is performed, and consumers of ML services;
• Participate in resource definition and estimation of labor costs, project risks;
• Participate in work planning;
• Maintain a documentation registry;
• Conduct user testing of services;
• Maintain and update specifications for services/models;
• Coordinate documents;
• Advise service users, conduct training/prepare presentations;
• Participate in acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst/Business Analyst;
• Completed higher education;
• Experience in software design, data modeling, business process modeling (UML);
• Experience in Data Science/ML;
• Experience in developing technical documentation;
• SQL proficiency at the level of writing medium-complexity queries;
• Understanding of network technologies and protocols, principles of automated system integration, principles of web services operation;
• Experience with project/task management systems (TFS/Jira, etc.);
• Experience interacting with development and testing teams;
• Experience in effective interaction with business customers and users;
• Understanding of the principles of applying mathematical models, understanding the basics of distributed systems.
