Important:

Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements (client interviews);
- Developing project documentation (technical specifications, business functional specifications, instructions, and other documents);
- Approving requirements with the client;
- Setting tasks for development;
- Working on mockups with the design team;
- Developing functional and non-functional requirements;
- Preparing various artifacts (US, UC, CJM, UML- and BPMN-diagrams, etc.);
- Handling change requests for system requirements;
- Developing system operation documentation;
- Interacting with the development team;
- Supporting acceptance testing and system commissioning.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Skills in client interviewing and requirement elicitation;
- Knowledge of system analysis methodologies, understanding of development models and processes;
- Ability to formulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
- Experience in designing BPMN, UML, ER diagrams;
- Ability to design conceptual and logical data models;
- Ability to design and describe interactions via HTTP (HTTP request and response structure) and transports (kafka) will be an advantage;
- Database skills, ability to write typical database queries (SQL);
- Experience in designing integration contracts with external services is welcomed.

Interview stages:
- Test task (BPMN, FT, US, UC, CJM, ER, Sequence, http requests). If you have prior work samples related to the list above (can be anonymized) or other test assignments, we may waive our test task.
- Interview with the Head of Analytics.
- If the interview is successful, we will schedule a second stage with the project team.
