Tasks:
- Develop UI/UX design for a large corporate bank
- Create cross-channel products from Design-Thinking to Usability-Tests
- Integrate AI into the customer experience
- Improve the design system: use ready-made components and suggest/implement missing ones
- Participate in and conduct meetings, be the UI/UX expert in the team
- Manage tasks in Jira
- Describe hypotheses and solutions with stickers, markers, diagrams
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations
- Speak or take notes at UX conferences
Requirements:
- Fluent in Figma/Pixso: components, variants, autolayouts, styles
- Understanding of modern principles and features of UI/UX development on the web and mobile devices
- Tracking and using modern trends
- Knowledge of technical specifics of formats: grid sizes, color spaces, platforms, devices, and resolutions
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS layout principles
- Understanding the logic of AI agents
- Developed sense of empathy and ability to understand the user
- Knowledge of aesthetics, composition, typography, iconography
- Systems thinking
- Strive for Usability and User Centered Design
- Preference for Agile
