We are currently looking for Python developers for the HRTech team.
What you will be doing:
- Developing high-performance and fault-tolerant Python services for internal services;
- Designing and proposing optimal solution architecture, presenting and justifying it at the architectural council;
- Implementing APIs using best standards and practices, integrating systems and migrating data;
- Conducting high-quality Code Reviews and writing autotests (unit/functional/integration);
- Participating in backlog grooming, task estimation, planning, and dailies;
- Integrating metrics, monitoring, logging, and tracing;
- Planning work to reduce technical debt and eliminate vulnerabilities.
Our expectations:
- Commercial Python development experience of 3+ years;
- Experience working with high load and using asynchronous Python;
- Experience in architecture design, working with PostgreSQL, including writing optimal queries;
- Implementation of internal and external APIs;
- Experience with RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, OAuth2, Docker.
