We are currently launching an innovative AI project in the field of dentistry and are looking for a key specialist to join the team**, where their decisions will shape the development of AI algorithms in dentistry**.
What you will do:
- Develop and train generative models: full cycle – from preparing and analyzing specialized medical data to training and validating models.
- Segment and analyze dental images: automatic identification of regions of interest and detection of missing teeth.
- Generate tooth images: create photorealistic images of missing teeth that seamlessly integrate into the existing dentition, considering the anatomical features of adjacent teeth.
- Inpainting: restore a part of the image (tooth) based on a given mask, preserving context and style.
- Create personalized solutions: generate teeth that take into account the patient's jaw and facial structure, without the need for a full 3D scan.
Our ideal candidate:
- Deep understanding of the principles of operation and architecture of generative models, especially diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, SDXL, SD 1.5, SD 2.1, Flux).
- Practical experience with generative AI frameworks: Stable Diffusion (including SDXL and ComfyUI for building pipelines) and/or Flux.
- Proficiency in Python and key deep learning libraries: PyTorch (preferred), TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience working with Git version control systems.
- Understanding and practical experience applying fine-tuning methods for models for specific tasks (e.g., LoRA, DreamBooth, Textual Inversion).
- Ability to fine-tune training hyperparameters, select optimal parameters for model convergence and achieving the best generation quality.
- Experience with computer vision libraries and models: MediaPipe (for real-time detection, tracking, and video/image processing) and SAM3 (Segment Anything Model 3) – for high-precision segmentation and scene understanding.
