📍__for a product retail chain (relocation project to Uzbekistan)__

We are looking for a strong operational leader who can manage a large-scale retail chain and be responsible for the entire operational scope of the business.

What is important: • experience managing a chain of 150+ objects • experience managing all operational activities of the company • strong experience in building and optimizing business processes • experience in reorganizing, transforming, and scaling an existing structure • systematic approach, high managerial maturity, and result-orientation.

We are ready to consider candidates from all over the CIS. A relocation package is provided.

Conditions: — competitive fixed salary component — annual bonus of 40–60% of annual income (upon achievement of KPI) — opportunity to influence the business
