Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's strategy
• Participation in transformation projects
• Analysis of the market, external and internal trends
• Exploration of various business development scenarios
• Evaluation of strategic initiatives and interdependencies between business areas

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking are especially important for this role. Ability to consider multiple development scenarios, test one's own and others' hypotheses, see process interdependencies, and bring decisions to implementation.
• Experience in strategy / transformation within large retail chains, e-commerce, telecom, and other comparable scale B2C businesses.
• Candidates from Big4 and strategic consulting firms are considered if they have significant project experience for retail.
• Manufacturing, industrial, and highly specialized B2B backgrounds without relevant experience in the specified industries will NOT be considered for this search.
