✅ Must-have (7+ years of experience): • Content marketing/social/community/PR for digital/IT for the international market (English as a working language). • Growth case studies: audience, engagement, inbound, publications. • Content as a growth channel: formats, distribution, CTAs, series. • UGC, influencers, media/partners. • Organic (SEO/GEO), content pipeline, team/contractor management. • Interest in AI, simple explanation of tech products.

🔥 Nice-to-have: • Startups/venture studio, founder-led content, AI/visual tools.

🎯 Scope of responsibility: • Content strategy/narrative, calendar, series for Unimatch and the portfolio. • Channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram (rhythm, style, news). • UGC/campaigns, influencers/partners, collaborations. • Community: moderation, AMAs/live sessions, insights for growth. • PR (US): 30+ publications/year, pitches, agencies. • Pipeline: sprints, AI tools, C-level reports. • 🤝 Synchronization: With Head of Marketing & Growth (performance, acquisition).
