👨🏻‍💻Seeking an AI Systems Architect.

🎯Areas of Responsibility • Architectural solutions for AI Hub • Technical standards for AI development • Production readiness of AI solutions • Architectural quality of team solutions

💼Tasks: • Design of AI/ML and GenAI solutions architecture (RAG, LLM, agentic workflows) • Determining the approach to problem-solving (ML vs GenAI vs hybrid) • Development of architectural patterns for AI solutions and their reuse • Design of multi-agent systems and orchestration layer • Inference and model serving architecture (GPU infrastructure) • Defining standards for evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle of AI models • Work with Data Platform to prepare data for AI use cases • Support for the Applied AI Engineers team in complex architectural issues

🏆Candidate Expectations: •Relevant experience as an Architect for 3+ years, cumulative experience of 9+ years, including in a Bank or Fintech •Experience in designing production AI systems (not just research/PoC) •Practical experience with LLM / GenAI (RAG, embeddings, agents) •Experience with ML pipelines and model lifecycles •Understanding of distributed systems architecture •Experience with GPU inference and model serving •Knowledge of Python and the modern AI stack •Proficiency in English — reading technical literature and understanding terminology
