Affiliate Manager (Remote)

We are an international iGaming brand actively expanding into new markets. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for one of the following GEOs:

Important: knowledge of the local language and understanding of the chosen GEO market.

🤝 Search and connect affiliate partners and webmasters 📈 Develop and scale the partner network in your GEO 💼 Full cycle of work with partners (negotiations, onboarding, launch) 💸 Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models 📊 Traffic analysis (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention) 🚀 Optimize and scale effective partners 🔍 Monitor the market and competitors

✅ Requirements

✔️ Knowledge of one of the languages: Mongolian / Uzbek / Azerbaijani / Turkish (mandatory) ✔️ Understanding of the local market and audience of the chosen GEO ✔️ English at a working level ✔️ Experience in affiliate / iGaming / performance marketing will be an advantage ✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and KPI management skills
