Incident Product Manager at Plata

As Plata continues to grow, resilience becomes just as important as innovation. We’re launching a new direction focused on incident management, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to build it from the ground up.

Your mission: make sure that when something breaks, customers barely notice. That means:

• clear communication during incidents
• fast response and recovery
• minimizing the impact on users

The goal is to build a single incident response and communication framework across all products at Plata.

We’re especially excited to meet candidates who have:

• incident/problem management experience in fintech, neobanks, or banks
• experience building processes from scratch
• strong technical understanding and familiarity with alerting systems
