Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, displays, client service, and operational functions
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and conduct constant performance assessments
Support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to headquarters
Monitor the business environment and local competition
Lead Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director
Create and maintain a positive work environment by embodying brand behaviors
Motivate and challenge the team daily; support store director in team activities and one-to-one meetings
Manage Department Managers and support their activities
Assist with sales team development, provide timely feedback, and share development plans with leadership

Oversee the clienteling approach and ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image

Develop clienteling mindset and client loyalty from beginners to VIC status
Manage client recruitment, data collection, and one-to-one relationships
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines
Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures
Maintain cost consciousness when suggesting initiatives and making expense decisions
Process payroll and maintain store schedules
Ensure staff adherence to attendance and punctuality policies
Process petty cash and check reconciliation monthly
Maintain accuracy of customer database and ensure timely client data entry
Execute Retail Excellence guidelines for front-of-house, back-of-house, and team operations
Support Store Director in managing inventory activities, warehouse stock, and reporting discrepancies
Challenge and improve current processes while sustaining growth and efficiency
Supervise team planning and scheduling

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position managing at least 10 people
