📌Our expectations: – 3+ years of experience as a linear DS; – 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead of a DS team of 4+ people; – experience in team management (prioritization, hiring, growth, etc.); – ability to work with business metrics (model, product, and financial) and influence them - include specific effects brought by your team in your resume; – experience with LLM, uplift, time series, etc.; – experience in managing the implementation of DS/ML solutions, meeting deadlines and task quality; – English at a level sufficient for reading documentation.
